As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

  • To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales

Intellectual Property

The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other design are protected by copyright laws in the UK. Me-Time Luxuries do not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media outlets. 


We aim to despatch within 2-3 working days and delivery will be by Royal Mail. If delivery has exceeded 10 working days from the point of order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

orders & Payments

We at Me-Time Luxuries use only 100% Natural Soy Wax for our melts. As the soy wax is a natural product, there may be frosting showing  on the melts, however, this does not affect the scent in any way. Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the addressed specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
